The service was excellent, room clean and the location was a nice quiet area in calangute beach yet walking distance to all the restaurants and night life. Also, they have a lovely garden, free internet wifi and a clean swimming pool that I enjoyed.
Our room was not cleaned one day, but it didn't matter, the hotel was full as it was christmas time so it is understandable.

I had a pleseant stay and I will highly recommend the stay to anybody who would like to go to Goa. It´s a good location, safe, friendly and pretty! The staff where very helpful and nice too.

It was comfortsble ,every thing was working,no hassels,good value for money,no problem with staff.good base for a holiday, no receptin or resturant, we had our meals outside,, on the whole I would do it again, as we had no irritants,cool. Thank you. ps, we did look around other resorts around as well, all seem to be the same.some more modern ,
All was well, for the price and locatin and comfort ,I have no complaints.only problem was the cheakout time,10,00 am in the morning ,that is not good,next time if any other hotel gives us cheak out at 12.00 we will go for that it was a bit of a hurry in the moening ,with our fligt at 5.00pm we lost a whole day.
